About us

The company was established in November 1985, trading as Cumisky & Cooke and the Balbriggan office was opened in 1996 when Aine Myler and John Cumisky became partners of the practice with Hugh Cumisky.

The company became Cumisky Myler Real Estate Alliance in 2007 and Hugh retired in 2008, but continues to work on our behalf as our consultant.

Our company ethos is simple – work hard, try to be the best at what we do in the interests of our clients, stay informed about new directions and opportunities and, above all else, act with integrity, efficiency and commitment in every project.

Aine Myler - Director

Masters Degree in Planning & Development Economics, Fellow and President for 2009 to 2010 of IAVI, Associate of Society of Chartered Surveyors in Ireland, Member of Royal Society of Chartered Surveyors.

Aine’s principal practice area is Professional Services which includes Commercial Valuations, CPO acquisition, Rent Reviews, Rating Appeals, Arbitrations and Consultancy
